Thank you for sharing the info about Susan's site. I found the informaton on Susan's site to be nicely displayed and the 'how to's' are clearly presented. I'm new to quilting and appreciate when someone is able to share their knowledge in an easy to understand manner, that invites and encourages me to keep trying and keep learning. And I appreciate and value encouragement ;-)

I'd love to win and thank you for this fun opportunity.

I love Susan's tutorials, so concise and well done. I would love a copy of Threadwork Unravelled. It is on my wish list, but money is tight right now.
Merry Christmas

Sarah, I always enjoy your site and blogs. I admire your talent. Now you introduced me to a new site and blog. Like you, Susan has lots of ideas and information. I enjoyed her tutorials. Loved her pinata bag.

This is my first time reading this blog or Susan's. I was blown away by Susan's quilts and have enjoyed reading the blog entries on both sites. Susan had wonderful closeups on how to face a quilt. So many times you read about the technique but the photos aren't big enough or clear enough to understand the process. Also loved her quilt Rust 1. I will keep my fingers crossed! Even if i don't win, i feel lucky to have found these sites.

Petal Party in all its pink glory is wonderfully alive and cheerful; I like the way it shows how traditional and contemporary designs and techniques can be combined so skillfully.

The New Englander in me is drawn to November Leaves and Round Red Barn; the thread work adds dimension which would be so lacking if the motifs were done by my traditional applique techniques.
Susan Knapp's book appeals to me because of my love of applique and because of my recent foray into machine techniques, which I hope to improve with practice.
Your quilts, Sarah Ann, and those by Susan offer diversity and inspiration to all of us. I am adding both blogs to my Reader feeds so that I can learn and enjoy.
Thanks very much,
Kathleen C.

I really love her Celestial Quilt. It is so cheerful! I have been looking for something to make for my daughter and will have to consider this one.
